How do you choose the available works of art for sale?
It is as easy to go to the web section of "artwork" and choose the desired artwork and we will indicate you if this work is available or of the print run has already sold out.

Are works available printed?
All the works presented in TAG are original works,they are not published in different supports or beyond the quantity of editions defined by the artist. The work is not printed until the customer orders it. We do not have stock.

Is this the only edition or collection?
The material included in this website is the only that of the first collection that we have thrown, our aim is to carry out between two and three collections a year and they will be published as they are defined and finished. Therefore we are constantly working in new works.

Is a certificate of authenticity issued with the work?
All the works on the sale in TAG are emited together with a certificate of authenticity signed by the artist. In addition, all the editions are duly catalogued and signed by the artist.

The work is no longer available; can I ask for a similar one?
No, as soon as the totality of the work is sold, it is removed and we will not printmore units of this artwork.

Are all artworks presented by TAG available for sold?
Not always, because lucky, we have already made some sales! If the work has been sold out, this is indicated in the website of the work. In case you don’t find another work to your own taste: Do not hesitate to write ortocall us because we can offer you other works that are not yet in the website.



Do we offer reccomendations and advices?
Our role is to present to the collectors our works. We can offer you a personalized selection especially for you. To receive this selection, you can contact us to info@tressartgallery.com, or fill in the form and we will get in touch with you in 48 hours.

Do I have to pay for the artistic advice service?
By no means, it is part of our mission to introduce collectors new pieces ofartworks.

I want to make a gift, but I do not know what work to choose. What can I do?
It is a great idea to give a work of art! Nevertheless, it is not easy to choose anartwork for another person, even if you know him/her well.Send us a message with your situation, maybe we can offer a gift voucher.



How can I check the dimensions of the artwork?
The dimensions of the artworks are on the site of the work. Any doubts? Do not hesitate to get in touch with us (info@tressartgallery.com), we are here for you and we can send you additional images in supplementary environments like inside an office or a house to help you understand the dimensions of the work.

Does the image presented in the site represent the exact work?
The image is a precise description of the work of art, but it does not have contractual value. We can send you additional images. You can send usa picture of your house hall, bedroom, office etc; and we will send you a recreation of how the artwork will look like. Do not hesitate to throw a glimpse to the comments of our costumers. They often say that the work is way more beautiful in real life!

How to buy art in TAG?
To buy a work of art, you must click on the button "place an order" that is in all the sites of artworks. You will be forwarded to your shopping cart. As soon as you have clicked in 'proceed ', we will ask you to choose you payment method (card, or please call us for bank transfers). As soon as the payment has been processed, you will receive confirmation of our payments processor. We will be delightedto confirm youthat the payment has been received.

What payment methods are accepted?
Allcredit cards (Mastercard, Visa, American Express, etc.) and bank transfer.

What happens when the payment has been processed?
Once payment has been processed, the work is reserved for you! We will rapidly call you to confirm availability and the delivery times (7 to 14 days in average for Spanish Peninsula. For the rest of Europe we will get in touch with you). Then we will define together the ideal day of delivery at the direction that you indicated during the payment.

¿Can I cancel my order?
Yes, of course. Before the work has been sent, you can cancel your order by e-mail. Once it has been sent, cancellation period begins 14 days after the delivery. If the work has been returned, we will give back your money when the work meets the artist in good conditions. Delivery caused costs will be discounted form the payment, such as administration costs (authenticity certificate, receipts…) and packaging.

Is there any problem with your order confirmation?

How are artworks packed?
The works are packed and follow a process of standardized packing. We confirm the packing with manufacture and we assure that the work is well protected.

Which is the delivery time?
After the payment has been processed, delivery delays in average between 7 to 14 days, which gives time for the packaging and sending. This can change according to the distance between our study and the order address. Whatever happens, we will keep you informed and it will be as fast as possible.

Who is in charge of the delivery?
According to the country of destination and the dimensions of the work, we use shipping companies like DHL or UPS, specialised in ourproducts.

To what countries do they send?
They deliver everywhere.

How much is the shipping?
The costs of the delivery are not included in the price. Please find the information in our website,or calls us so we can send it to you. Price can reach approximately 50€ for Spanish peninsular region. Prices for the rest of Europe vary depending on the final destiny.

Is work assured during the delivery?
Absolutely, TAG organizes and transports the work. Then you don’t have to worry about anything and there are no hidden costs.


Can I send artworks to another country or to another person?
We will send it to the direction that you indicated in your order. In general, we will establish the delivery date with the person who will receive the work and the name of the order. If it is a surprise or a gift, please let us know!
